Variant structure can be pushed to NX by expanding the variant structure completely (View→Show Unconfigured Variants set to off) and selecting the lowest level and click Open in NX button (TC_show_open_in_NX_button preference is set to On). In NX , click Open in toolbar and browse the required structure. Assembly Navigator in NX shows unconfigured components as unloaded
-
- Opening structure in Lifecycle Visualization
Configured variant structure is expanded to lowest level and click on Open in Lifecycle Visualization button (TC_show_open_in_vmu_button preference is set to on). Viewing Remote Component of Structure
If assembly item is imported to a remote site from master Multi-Site Collaboration site, components of assembly are not imported. Only BOM View revision is imported. So, components are not loaded at remote site as they are not available locally…These remote components (assembly replicas) can be viewed as stub reference in the structure lines at remote sites. If the owning user excludes certain object from the replica of remotely owned assembly item, augmented stub is created for the component by Teamcenter at replica site, which is visible to user based on authorization.
